This policy explains how returns, cancellations, withdrawals, refunds, and damaged or incorrect item claims are handled.
You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your eligible online purchase within 14 days from the date your item is delivered.
If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period may start from the date the final item in your order is delivered.
You do not need to give a reason for exercising your EU right of withdrawal.

Withdraw from Contract / Return or Cancel Order
You will be asked to provide your order details and complete the request through our customer account/order portal. After submitting your request, you will receive confirmation by email.
For eligible EU withdrawal returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we are required by law to cover the return cost.
For eligible EU withdrawals, we will refund the product price and the standard outbound delivery charge originally paid, where required by applicable law. Additional delivery upgrades, express shipping, gift wrapping, or other optional services may not be refundable unless required by law.
We may reduce the refund if returned items have been handled beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, or functioning.
For international orders outside the United Kingdom and European Union, we currently do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges unless required by applicable law.

This does not affect your rights if your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, sent by mistake, or we are required by law to cover the return cost, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return address details will be provided once your request is approved or submitted through the correct return process.
We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
