Shipping Policy

Once your order is received by us, the time it takes for you to receive the goods can be broken down into the following two types of times.

Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 


Domestic Shipping Rates and Transit Time

Domestic shipping means shipping to any destination with the territories constituted by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The transit time for our standard shipping is 2-3 days and is usually sent by Royal Mail First or Second class.  

International Shipping and Transit Time

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer international shipping by Royal Mail to all the countries in Europe, World Zone 1, World Zone 2 and World Zone 3. Kindly see the information about these world zones at the following link from Royal Mail:

After we have shipped an order, it is expected to reach you within the following days:

Europe 3-5 working days
Worldwide 6-7 working days


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. CraftsFarbris is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are you responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email for domestic customers, and 10 days for international customers, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
