Shipping Questions
Yes! We offer free shipping over £35+ on all UK orders with tracked delivery within 48 hours. You’ll receive your order quickly and stay updated every step of the way. We also offer worldwide shipping for our international customers!
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if received before 2 PM (UK time) and the item is in stock. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next business day.
We’ll always do our best to get your fabric to you as quickly as possible! ✨🧵
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). If your order is placed before 2:00 PM, we’ll process it the same day. Orders placed after that will be processed the next business day.
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide! Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selected destination.
Please note: fabric weights vary, so final shipping charges may be adjusted after weighing your parcel. If there’s a difference, we’ll contact you for additional payment or refund the excess.
Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
While we use trusted couriers like Royal Mail, damage can occasionally occur during transit.
Please inspect your parcel before signing for it. If there is visible damage, sign as “damaged” or refuse the parcel if it appears unusable.
It's important to notify us immediately of any delivery issues so we can assist with a resolution or file a claim with the courier.
Return Questions
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and you must have the proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at ak@craftsfabrics.com
If the item is damaged, defective, or sent in error, we’ll cover the return shipping. However, if you’re returning the item for any other reason (e.g. change of mind), you’ll need to return it at your own cost.
Unfortunately, personalised or made-to-measure items (like fabric by the metre, fat quarter, or long quarter) cannot be returned, unless they’re faulty or not as described. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return your original item, and once it’s accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
