We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

🔁 Return Policy ( Domestic- UK )

You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the item.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

🌍 International Returns Policy

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

Please read the details below carefully before placing an order outside the United Kingdom.

🚫 No International Returns

We currently do not accept international returns, including but not limited to :

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or quantity ordered

  • Fabric colour or design preference

  • Delays caused by customs or international carriers

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect International Orders

  • If your international order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@craftsfabrics.com  within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your email must include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the item(s)

    • Photos of the outer and inner packaging

🚚 Shipping Your Return

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent by mistake, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return address details will be provided once your request is approved.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at support@craftsfabrics.com as soon as possible with photos and a description.
We’ll make it right promptly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Cut-to-order fabrics (e.g. fabric by the metre, half metre, fat quarter, long quarter)

  • Personalised or custom-made items

However, if such items are faulty or not as described, you are still entitled to a replacement or refund under your statutory rights.

📝 Please double-check all measurements and details before placing your order.

🔄 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, simply:

  1. Return your original item

  2. Place a new order for the preferred item

💳 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

🔔 Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
