EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your eligible online purchase within 14 days from the date your item is delivered.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation before dispatch. If your order has already been delivered, you may request a return within the eligible withdrawal period.

Withdraw from Contract / Return or Cancel Order
You will be asked to provide your order details and complete the request through our customer account/order portal. After submitting your request, you will receive confirmation by email.
Return conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Returned with original tags and packaging where applicable
- Sent back within the required return timeframe after your request is accepted
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-returnable items
Some items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns, including items that are made to order, personalised, or cut specifically to your requested measurements.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or where applicable law provides otherwise.
