We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once your return has been accepted by us.

This refund policy doesn't apply to personalised or made-to-measure products e.g. fabric by the metre, half a metre, fat quarter or long quarter, although your statutory rights to refund or exchange will still be applicable if your goods turn out to be faulty or not as described.
