Craft Cotton Company Into the Galaxy Cotton Fabric – 01 Into the Galaxy

Free shipping to all locations in the UK. No minimum order is required! Our order processing time is 1 day and our transit time is 2-3 days. Competitive rates for US and EU. International services and delivery times can vary depending on which country we are posting to.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at ak@craftsfabrics.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at ak@craftsfabrics.com.

You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once your return has been accepted by us.

This refund policy doesn't apply to personalised or made-to-measure products e.g. fabric by the metre, half a metre, fat quarter or long quarter, although your statutory rights to refund or exchange will still be applicable if your goods turn out to be faulty or not as described. Kindly make sure that you have entered all the information before you order your goods.
